HOW TO PLACE ORDER

 

 Ordering processes:

 After you have placed your order by submitting the order form, we will confirm your order and send you our bank account details.

 Order confirmation and delivery details will be provided once payment is made.

 

 Payment methods:

 Payment for all products and services must be made in full(Deposit of 50% must be made for COD within PJ area)

 Payment to Maybank / HLB ONLY (Will be provided upon order confirmation)

 Please bank/TT in to the correct account no & name and kindly inform us immediately after payment

 Please also attach evidence of your payment in the form of picture / reference no. to avoid any inconvenience

 

 Shipment & Delivery:

 We will arrange for shipment ASAP depending on stock availability– tracking no. will be provided after posting

 All shipment are sent out via post- POSTLAJU, You will receive the item within 3-5 days (Working days)

 Postal Charges will be bear by buyer- Depending on product size & weight

 However as a standard online shopping rules, we will not take responsible for any lost/ damages during delivery

 Good(s) will be checked carefully and make sure it is in perfect, unbox condition before post

 

 Cancelation Policy:

 No cancellation once the payment is made UNLESS the item is out of stock (payment will be refund to buyer)

 PLEASE state clearly the items and quantity you want when ordering as All items sold are non refundable and non exchangeable

 In the unlikely event that we would be held liable for any losses occurring as a result of using/failing to use the services or at all, then such total damages for any loss whatsoever shall be limited, in relation to any one incident or series of related incidents, to 100% of the amount paid by you in respect of the agreement under which you claim.
